Gill Fox

Marc Svensson joined us as we interviewed this golden age artist who both inked and "ghosted." We talked about colleagues such as Lou Fine, Jack Cole, Dik Browne and Reed Crandall as well as his career since the Quality Comics days: the Berenstein Bears children's books, political cartoons, Stars and Stripes (he did the famous WW II "She Looks Clean" cartoon) and the "Side Glances" and "Bumper to Bumper" newspaper strips. He also is one of the few golden age artists who saved some of his original art from those times.
